The Chill Life is an online retailer of outdoor living, outdoor cooking, wine and beverage, and bar and entertaining products, based in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, USA. All prices are listed in US dollars (USD).
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming we received it. Our acceptance occurs when the order ships. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear fraudulent, contain pricing errors, or exceed available inventory. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a full refund.
Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. We work to keep listings accurate, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
We ship physical goods to addresses within the United States. Orders ship from US warehouses, and you will receive tracking information by email once your order is on its way. Delivery estimates are provided at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees.

Products such as fire pits, pizza ovens, and grills must be assembled, installed, and used according to the manufacturer's instructions. You are responsible for safe use and for compliance with local codes and regulations.
